Description
The Consultant will have all-encompassing project management, and construction supervision responsibilities on the Section 1 and 2 civil works Contracts. The Consultant will appoint a Project Manager to be responsible for coordination with the Government, and overall management and supervision of the Project.
Overall project management, reporting to the EA and ADB, coordinating with local communities and other stakeholders in the project area and, with the Ministry of Interior (MOI) and international and Contractor security forces on security issues.
