Description:
- Key Informant Interviews and/or focus groups with staff members of implementing partners, to represent all 34 projects – representative/probability sampling methods should be applied in selecting up to 75% of projects.
- Key Informant Interviews with staff members of relevant governmental institutions and/or applicants,
- Key Informant Interviews and/or focus groups with DFID and Harakat staff members, beneficiaries and non- beneficiaries, as well as board members of Harakat,
- In-depth Interviews with donor organizations in Afghanistan, especially focusing on those donors that are investing and/or working in the private sector development of Afghanistan.
- Literature review of Harakat project documents, reports, relevant government reports, three monitoring and verification reports from 14 projects.
