Conduct a comprehensive analysis of collected data on processes and produce a high-quality report on the methodology, findings, and implications of the process evaluation for the Client. Implement the above
mentioned evaluation plan. This task requires capacity in Afghanistan to manage and conduct rigorous, sensitive, large-scale, fast-paced, and mixed-methods data collection in three low-capacity districts in Afghanistan. The firm will need to select, hire, train, prepare, mobilize, and supervise the field staff necessary to complete deliverables according to the agreed timeline. The firm will also pilot and finalize instruments and handle all data processes from collection to transfer, including cleaning, transcribing, translating, formatting, coding, and organizing as agreed with the Client. Process evaluations are to be conducted in three districts: Khas Kunar, Nurgal, and Dawlat Yar.
