Description:
The Consultancy Firm will conduct preliminary study through interviews with national staff of MISFA and randomly selected MISFA clients to identify the home improvements in demand, type of housing structure and repayment capacity of the borrowers Based on the information gathered through preliminary study the consultant will develop a brief closed-ended questionnaires to understand housing improvement needs, client repayment capacity and information for the development of technical assistance tools. The research will be the blend of: Data collected from clients of MISFA through surveys, – The discussions with the staff of these intuitions – and FGDs of HMF clients and non-HMF clients in Kabul conducted by the Technical Expert (with assistance of Survey team/firm for language barrier). The survey questionnaire desk review, interviews with staff of MFIs and 1 Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with clients.
